I have a 20 year career in the major programme and events industry. As an experienced Programme Director and major project specialist, I have held senior leadership roles at Heathrow Airport, London Organising Committee of the Olympic & Paralympic Games & Ascot Racecourse to name a few. From newly built sports stadia to baggage handling systems, I have been responsible for planning and delivering complex and time critical programmes of work, bringing benefits and transformational change to companies and teams of all shapes and sizes.
A self confessed lover of progress, I blend my passion for people development and empowerment with my ability to build a roadmap to success through my coaching expertise.

I worked through some difficult issues, and again talking through re-enforced what I really felt and knew, but hadn't tackled. Coming out the other side of the process I'm shocked at how this process fast forwarded some of the tricky career development questions I had in my mind. I couldn't tell how skilled my coach was at this at the time, because they were so good at giving me the space to talk, and processing that into really clever summaries or questions about what they had heard with great accuracy/understanding.
